Mr. Tudor is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Markets Group. He is focused on raising growth equity, structured equity, and other customized equity solutions for the firm’s corporate and financial-sponsor-backed clients. Mr. Tudor’s uses of proceeds include acquisition finance, organic growth capital, balance sheet recapitalization, and secondary shareholder liquidity. He is based in the firm’s Dallas office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Tudor worked in the Special Situations and Strategic Capital Groups at Cowen and Company, where he provided M&A, distressed M&A, and restructuring advisory services to middle-market clients. Before that, he was an investment professional at BP Energy Partners, a growth equity platform focused on companies across the natural gas value chain.
Mr. Tudor holds a B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Business Economics from the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University.
