Mr. Pandya is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Business Services Group. He specializes in advising clients in the IT and BPO industries on sellside and buyside M&A, debt and equity financings, strategic alternatives assessments, and valuations. Mr. Pandya is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Pandya was an Associate Director at UBS in the Technology and Business Services Group. His recent transactions include the sale of Merrill Legal Solutions to DTI, the sale of Faneuil, Inc. to ALJ Regional Holdings, the leveraged buyout of AlixPartners by CVC Capital Partners, and the acquisition of Headstrong by Genpact. Previously, Mr. Pandya was an Associate at Houlihan Lokey in the firm’s Financial Advisory Services business.
Mr. Pandya holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
