Mr. Pandya is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Business Services Group, focusing on professional services. He specializes in advising clients in the legal and law firm services sector on sellside and buyside M&A, debt and equity financings, strategic alternatives assessments, and valuations. Mr. Pandya is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
Mr. Pandya’s recent transactions include a continuation vehicle (CV) for U.K. law firm Fletchers, owned by Sun Capital Partners; advising Uplift Investors on its acquisition of Orion MSO; advising Gridiron Capital on its acquisition of ABC Legal; advising Datavant on its acquisition of Ontellus; the sale of DCM Services to True Wind and Aldaron; advising Baypine on the acquisition of Harbor; and advising Astira Capital on its acquisition of ALTUS.
Mr. Pandya holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
