Mr. Angiolino is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Business Services Group. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Angiolino was an Associate at Tyton Partners, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions across the training and education, technology, and services sectors. He began his career in the consulting practice at Grant Thornton.
Mr. Angiolino’s transaction experience before joining Houlihan Lokey includes advising Clover Learning in its sale to Ascend Learning; US Performance Academy in its sale to Inspired Education; Creative Learning Systems in its recapitalization with Exeter Street Capital Partners; Wiley in their divestiture of Wiley Efficient Learning to Uworld; School Specialty in its divestiture of EPS School Specialty to Excolere Equity Partners; CORE Higher Education in its investment from The Riverside Company; PeopleGrove in its investment from The Riverside Company; and 95 Percent Group in its investment from Leeds Equity.
Mr. Angiolino holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of South Carolina and an M.S. in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. He is a licensed CPA in the state of North Carolina.
