Mr. Godsmark is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group. He is based in the firm’s London office.
Previously, Mr. Godsmark co-founded Oakley Advisory, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2023. Before that, he was Head of Telecoms Media and Technology in Corporate Finance at Investec, where he led numerous M&A deals and IPOs. While at Investec, Mr. Godsmark also served as Head of Telecoms Equity Research. Earlier, he was a financial journalist for 10 years, latterly as Business Correspondent for The Independent and previously with BBC News, covering business and economics for radio and TV.
Mr. Godsmark holds an MA in History from Selwyn College, Cambridge.
