Mr. Gough is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory in the fintech and proptech markets. He has more than two decades of technology advisory experience across the United States, Europe, and Asia. Mr. Gough is based in the firm’s San Francisco office.
Previously, Mr. Gough was a Managing Director and a member of the Executive Committee at GCA Advisors, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. Prior to joining GCA, he was an enterprise software consultant.
Mr. Gough holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Duke University.
