Mr. Maher is Co-Head of European Digital Infrastructure at Houlihan Lokey.
Previously, Mr. Maher was a Managing Partner and co-founder of Oakley Advisory, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2023. He co-founded Oakley Advisory in 2007 after spending 10 years at Investec, where he was Head of Equity Research.
Through an almost 20-year career in telecoms and digital infrastructure M&A, Mr. Maher has advised on more than 150 transactions with a combined enterprise value of more than €20 billion.
Mr. Maher holds a BA from Oxford University.
