Mr. Weber is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Corporate Finance business. He has advised and participated in national and international buyside and sellside mandates. Mr. Weber is based in the firm’s Frankfurt office.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Weber was an Analyst at Leonardo & Co., a European financial advisory firm focused on independent advice in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing, and restructuring, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2015.
Mr. Weber holds a B.S. in Business Administration from HTWK Leipzig in Germany, an M.S. in Finance from Lancaster University in the United Kingdom, and an M.S. in Finance from ISM München in Germany.
