Mr. Usinger is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Solutions Group. He has nearly two decades of advisory experience. Mr. Usinger is based in the firm’s Frankfurt office.
Prior to Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Usinger spent nine years at ODDO BHF as Investment Manager, consulting clients during complex financings and restructurings.
Mr. Usinger holds a B.S. and an M.S. from EBS University.
