Mr. Lescinsky is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Markets Group. His primary responsibilities include working with the firm’s clients to raise debt and equity capital to support general corporate purposes, recapitalizations, leveraged buyouts, growth capital, restructurings, and acquisitions. He is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Lescinsky was an Analyst at Sagent Advisors, LLC, a middle-market investment bank based in New York, where he focused on advising a broad range of family-owned, private-equity-owned, and public companies on M&A and raising private financing to support growth capital initiatives and various special situations.
Mr. Lescinsky holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
