Mr. Richert is a member of Houlihan Lokey’s Public Equity Advisory practice. He advises both corporate and financial sponsor clients on equity capital markets (ECM) transactions, including IPOs, capital raises, and sell-downs.
Mr. Richert has more than a decade of corporate finance experience. During his career, he has worked on more than 20 transactions raising more than $25 billion in equity on five different stock exchanges. He gained his experience in advisory and ECM roles.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Richert was a Director in the Equity Advisory team at Lilja & Co., advising issuers and shareholders in preparing and executing various capital market transactions and related services, including dual tracks, IPOs, sell-downs, capital increases, exit advisory, investor surveys, and convertible bonds. He joined Lilja & Co. in 2018 from ODDO BHF, where he worked in the Equity Capital Markets department.
Mr. Richert holds a M.A. in Management with a focus on Finance and Accounting from FOM University of Applied Science and a B.A. in Business Administration with a focus on Banking from Cooperative State University Baden Wuerttemberg, Mannheim.
