Mr. Richert is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Equity Capital Solutions practice. He advises both corporate and financial sponsor clients on equity capital markets (ECM) transactions, including IPOs, capital raises, and sell-downs. Mr. Richert is based in the firm’s Frankfurt office.
Mr. Richert has nearly two decades of corporate finance experience. During his career, he has worked on more than 20 transactions raising more than $25 billion in equity on five different stock exchanges. He gained his experience in advisory and ECM roles.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Richert was a Director in the Equity Advisory team at Lilja & Co., advising issuers and shareholders in preparing and executing various capital market transactions and related services, including dual tracks, IPOs, sell-downs, capital increases, exit advisory, investor surveys, and convertible bonds. He joined Lilja & Co. in 2018 from ODDO BHF, where he worked in the Equity Capital Markets department.
Mr. Richert holds a M.A. in Management with a focus on Finance and Accounting from FOM University of Applied Science and a B.A. in Business Administration with a focus on Banking from Cooperative State University Baden Wuerttemberg, Mannheim.
