Mr. Pendrak is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Portfolio Valuation and Fund Advisory Services practice. He has more than a decade of experience providing valuation services to hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, business development companies, and corporate clients in estimating the value of their illiquid investment portfolios. Mr. Pendrak is based in the firm’s New York office.
Mr. Pendrak’s securities valuation expertise includes term loans, subordinated debt and mezzanine debt, partnership units, private equity, and leveraged investments across a wide array of industry verticals.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Pendrak was a Senior Manager in Ernst & Young’s valuation practice, where he was responsible for the valuations of portfolio investments and corporate holdings. He also led numerous engagements advising Fortune 100 companies on complex multinational transactions, restructurings, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and legal entity rationalizations. Before that, Mr. Pendrak worked at both Empire Valuation Consultants and Murray, Devine & Co., where he served hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, business development companies, and corporate clients in estimating the value of their illiquid investment portfolios.
Mr. Pendrak holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from The College of New Jersey and an MBA (summa cum laude) from Rutgers University.
