Ciaran Mannion

Vice President

Mr. Mannion is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group with experience in investment banking and restructuring, advising company and creditor clients in financial restructuring, recapitalizations, capital raising, and corporate strategy. He is based in the firm’s Sydney office.

Mr. Mannion’s notable capital solutions and financial restructuring engagements prior to joining Houlihan Lokey include Tellus Holdings, Bowen Coking Coal, NRW Holdings, Credit Corp Group, AMA Group, SilverChef, Beyond Bank, Panthera Finance, Western Sydney Airport, Camp Australia, Indus Mining Services, Austral Resources, Brancourts Dairy, Retail Food Group, Steinhoff Asia Pacific, and Ceres Agriculture.

Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Mannion was an Associate Director with Grant Samuel, a boutique investment bank. He has also previously worked across Australia, the U.S., and Ireland with McGrathNicol, a specialist advisory and restructuring firm, and PwC.

Mr. Mannion holds a B.Comm from the University of Galway and a Master of Accounting from University College Dublin, Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. He is also a Chartered Accountant with Chartered Accountants Ireland.
