Mr. Young is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Business Services Group, where he advises clients in the marketing and IT services industries on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory assignments. He is based in the firm’s Atlanta office.
Prior to Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Young was a Director at Canaccord Genuity, where he was responsible for deal sourcing and executing M&A transactions in the marketing and IT services sectors and joined through its acquisition of Petsky Prunier. He began his career at Hovde Group, a leading full-service investment bank focused exclusively on the financial services sector.
Mr. Young holds a B.B.A. in Finance from The George Washington University.
