Mr. Trigolet is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Healthcare Group. He is based in the firm’s Paris office.
Mr. Trigolet has nearly a decade of M&A experience, advising private equity firms, corporates, and founding shareholders on both sellside and buyside transactions. He has developed particular expertise in the healthcare IT sector, having advised on numerous transactions involving healthcare software publishers.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Trigolet was a Vice President in the M&A team at Audere Partners (operating under Natixis Partners), in which Houlihan Lokey acquired a controlling interest in 2026. While there, he advised clients across numerous industries.
Mr. Trigolet holds an M.S. in International Finance from HEC Paris, an M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and an M.S. in Civil Engineering from ESTP Paris.
