Mr. Brogan is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. He has several years of expertise in using technology to deliver valuation services, with a focus on structured credit. Mr. Brogan is based in the firm’s London office.
Previously, Mr. Brogan worked at Prytania Solutions Limited (PSL), a technology-focused structured credit valuations company, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2024. While there, he served banking and asset management clients and gained expertise in the valuation of structured finance securities through the modelling and valuation of illiquid and bespoke transactions such as SRTs, CLO equity, and mortgage residuals. Mr. Brogan also worked on the development of pricing algorithms to evaluate thousands of securities daily, driven by market data. This covered various asset classes such as CLOs (middle-market and BSL), RMBS, ABS, covered bonds, corporate bonds, and loans and also included the development and launch of the DB € CLO Total Return Indices, powered by independent CLO valuations. Earlier, Mr. Brogan completed internships at Davy Private Clients (wealth management) and Ernst & Young as a Business Tax Advisory Analyst.
Mr. Brogan holds an MChem from Merton College, University of Oxford.
