Mr. Williams is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Solutions Group. His primary responsibilities include working with the firm’s clients to raise debt and equity capital to support refinancings, recapitalizations, restructurings, leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, and growth capital initiatives, as well as for general corporate purposes. Mr. Williams is based in the firm’s Chicago office.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Williams held advisory roles at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company and FocalPoint Partners, where he was responsible for executing transactions across debt capital markets, restructuring, and sellside advisory.
Mr. Williams holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Colorado Boulder.
