Mr. Byrne is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group, with a focus on technology M&A and capital raises. He has nearly a decade of technology investment banking experience. Mr. Byrne is based in the firm’s New York office.
Previously, Mr. Byrne was an Associate at GCA Advisors, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021.
Mr. Byrne holds a B.A. in Economics from Middlebury College.
