Mr. Hebenstreit is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Industrials Group and leads the firm’s automotive and commercial vehicle aftermarket coverage. He is based in the firm’s Chicago office.

Recent sector transaction experience includes the sale of Wesco, the sale of Cardone, the recapitalization of Wheel Pros, the recapitalization of Service King, as well as capital raises for Singer, Crash Champions, and Motorsport Aftermarket Group.

Additionally, Mr. Hebenstreit has worked on a variety of transactions outside of the vehicle aftermarket sector, including advising Microvast on its SPAC merger with Tuscan Holdings; Shiloh Industries on the divestiture and acquisition of its CastLight business unit by Aludyne and its BlankLight business unit by Worthington; Motus Integrated Technologies on the divestiture and acquisition of its Global Sun Visor business unit by Shanghai Daimay Automotive Interior and its European Headliner business unit by Nobo Auto; Inteva Roof Systems on its acquisition by CIE Automotive; MPI on its acquisition by Turnspire Capital Partners; and Trojan Battery Company on its acquisition by C&D Technologies. He has completed more than $5 billion in capital markets transactions.

Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Hebenstreit was an Associate in J.P. Morgan’s Industrials group in New York.

Mr. Hebenstreit holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, where he was a Presidential Scholar. He also holds an MBA in Finance from New York University's Stern School of Business, where he was a Harvey Beker Scholar.
