Cory Hebenstreit

Senior Vice President

Mr. Hebenstreit is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Industrials Group. He is based in the firm’s Chicago office.

He has worked on a variety of capital markets and M&A transactions, including advising Trojan Battery Co., LLC, on its acquisition by C&D Technologies; Inteva Roof Systems on its acquisition by CIE Automotive; the carve-out and sale of the automotive sun visor business and assets (Motus Visors) to Shanghai Daimay Automotive Interior, Ltd. (Daimay); Dunn Paper on its acquisition by Arbor Investments; Forest Resources’ Corrugated and Specialty Packaging Division on its acquisition by New Indy Containerboard; CanAmPac on its acquisition by PaperWorks; Hoffman Southwest Corp. on its acquisition by ORIX Capital Partners LLC; High Pressure Equipment Co. on its acquisition by Graco Inc.; The WellMark Co. on its acquisition by Dover Corp.; SKF Group on the acquisition of Kaydon Corp.; and Springs Window Fashions, LLC, on its acquisition by Golden Gate Capital. He has completed over $5 billion in capital markets transactions.

Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Hebenstreit was an Associate in J.P. Morgan’s Industrials group in New York.

Mr. Hebenstreit holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, where he was a Presidential Scholar. He also holds an MBA in Finance from New York University's Stern School of Business, where he was a Harvey Beker Scholar.
