Mr. Frank is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Business Services Group. His responsibilities include advising on sellside and buyside M&A transactions, assessing strategic alternatives, and providing a range of other financial advisory services. Mr. Frank’s experience spans engagements with public companies, private companies, and private equity firms across a range of transaction types, including mergers and acquisitions, growth investments, and recapitalizations. He is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Frank was a member of Jefferies’ Technology Investment Banking Group, where he primarily advised clients in the tech-enabled services and software sectors.
Mr. Frank holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
