Mr. Diorio is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Markets Group. His primary responsibilities include working with the firm’s clients to raise debt and equity capital to support refinancings, recapitalizations, restructurings, leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, and growth capital initiatives, as well as for general corporate purposes. Mr. Diorio is based in the firm’s New York office.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Diorio was an investment banking associate at Royal Bank of Canada (RBC). While at RBC, he was responsible for executing transactions across leveraged finance, equity offerings, and sellside/buyside advisory.
Mr. Diorio holds a B.S. in Finance and International Business from Villanova University and has also completed coursework at the London School of Economics.
