Mr. Erichson is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Services Group. He has spent more than 15 years across multiple facets of the financial services industry. Mr. Erichson is based in the firm’s Miami office.
Mr. Erichson’s transaction experience prior to joining Houlihan Lokey includes advising The Mather Group on its strategic investment by Vistria; Modera on its minority investment by TRIA; Maryland Capital and Touchdown Ventures on their sales to Cerity; Morgan Stanley on its acquisition of Hyas Group; Cortina Asset Management on its sale to Silvercrest; Johnson Brunetti on its sale to Alera; and South Texas Money Management on its sale to CAPTRUST.
Previously, Mr. Erichson was a Managing Director and Partner at Park Sutton Advisors, a Waller Helms Company, prior to Houlihan Lokey’s acquisition of Waller Helms Advisors in 2024. Before that, he was an Equity Research Associate Analyst/Team Leader in Bloomberg LP’s Intelligence Research Group, where he oversaw the Financials Sector Associate Analyst team. Earlier, Mr. Erichson held equity and credit research roles at both MKM Partners and DBRS, Inc. He started his career at AXA Financial, ultimately serving as Vice President and Securities Principal, recruiting and overseeing a team of advisors.
Mr. Erichson holds a B.S. in Finance with a minor in Statistics from the University of Maryland at College Park. He is a member of the CFA Institute.
