Mr. Gilmour is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Consumer Group. He has worked on a variety of engagements, including sellside and buyside M&A transactions, private placements, and senior debt financings. Mr. Gilmour is based in the firm’s Chicago office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Gilmour was an Associate at Republic Partners, a middle-market investment bank. He began his career as an Analyst in BMO Capital Markets’ Chicago office.
Mr. Gilmour holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the Henry B. Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa.
