Mr. Lewis is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group. His prior experience spans financial advisory services, strategic consulting, and operational consulting. Mr. Lewis is based in the firm’s Chicago office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Lewis worked for a boutique firm, where he provided operational support to middle-market private equity clients. His work included operational due diligence, liquidity management, and identification and management of transformation projects focused on margin expansion and top-line growth. Mr. Lewis has advised both debtor and creditor clients in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings in the retail and entertainment industries, and he spent three years with the Boston Consulting Group, where he worked across the industrials, oil and gas, and retail industries.
Mr. Lewis holds a B.S. from the University of Miami and an MBA in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. Prior to his advisory career, he served in the United States Marine Corps as a Ground Intelligence Officer and is an OEF veteran.
