Daniel Cullins

Senior Vice President

Mr. Cullins is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group, where he is primarily focused on financial restructuring transactions in North America. He is based in the firm’s Dallas office.

Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Cullins worked in finance and corporate development for Matador Resources, where his main responsibilities included evaluating M&A and business development opportunities. Before Matador Resources, he worked at Tailwater Capital, a middle-market private equity firm, focusing on investments in the North American energy sector. Prior to that, Mr. Cullins worked in Raymond James’s Energy Investment Banking group, where he primarily focused on public equity capital raises and M&A advisory in the North American energy sector.

Mr. Cullins holds a B.A. in Economics with minors in Finance and Spanish from Vanderbilt University and an MPA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
