Mr. Dong is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Environmental Services practice within the firm’s Business Services Group. He brings extensive experience in M&A and capital markets, advising both public and private companies on strategic transactions. Mr. Dong is based in the firm’s New York office.
Previously, Mr. Dong was a Vice President at Jefferies and Baird, where he executed numerous sellside and buyside transactions, debt and equity financings, and strategic advisory mandates across the business services, consumer and retail, and industrials sectors. Earlier in his career, he worked in consulting and accounting with EY and PwC, building a strong foundation in financial analysis and transaction diligence.
Mr. Dong holds a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles, and an MBA from Cornell University.
