Mr. Dresner is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group. He is based in the firm’s Boston office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Dresner served as a Vice President at Drake Star Partners in New York, where he provided M&A advisory to middle-market companies in the technology and media sectors. Before that, he was an Associate in the Consumer & Retail Investment Banking Group at Stifel, providing M&A advisory and capital-raising services. Earlier, Mr. Dresner was an Analyst at Berkery, Noyes & Co., a middle-market investment bank serving clients in the media and marketing sectors.
Mr. Dresner holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Washington University in St. Louis.
