Mr. Etessami is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Board and Special Committee Advisory and Transaction Opinions practices. He assists boards of directors, special committees, company management, and other constituents in evaluating transaction proposals and understanding critical deal-related issues. Mr. Etessami is based in the firm’s New York office.
Mr. Etessami has deep expertise in helping clients navigate complex technical and valuation considerations, including conflict-prone transactions that require heightened sensitivity around corporate governance considerations.
Mr. Etessami graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Finance and Accounting and a minor in Computer Science from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business, Beta Gamma Sigma.
