Mr. Liu is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group, with nearly a decade of experience working on software transactions. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Liu was an Analyst at GCA Advisors, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021.
Mr. Liu holds a B.S.E. in Operations Research and Financial Engineering, with a certificate in Finance, from Princeton University.
