Mr. Martin is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group. He is based in the firm’s Chicago office.
Mr. Martin’s current and recent transactions include: Prospect Mortgage, a liability management transaction; Project Niagara, a sale process; Momentive Performance Materials, advising the Ad Hoc Committee of Holders of Second Lien Notes; Tactical Intermediate Holdings, sale and restructuring through Chapter 11; Groeb Farms, sale and restructuring through Chapter 11; Project Percy, a capital structure amendment process; Northstar Aerospace, advising Boeing related to the review of strategic alternatives and sale of a distressed supplier through Chapter 11; and Citicorp Global Markets, a sale of real estate debt securities.
