Mr. Oudiz is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Markets Group, focusing on providing debt advice to financial institutions and credit investors in loan portfolios of banks and specialty lenders. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Mr. Oudiz has more than a decade of combined advisory, investing, and financing experience, including seven years of corporate M&A experience involving large financial institutions and corporates across Europe, the Middle East, and the United States.
Prior to Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Oudiz spent nine years at Deutsche Bank, successively in New York, Paris, and London in the FIG and generalist M&A teams. At Deutsche Bank, he specialised in banks and specialty finance and, more recently, worked on the structured credit trading desk, where he arranged financings for credit investors and nonbank lending platforms. Previously, Mr. Oudiz was a member of the Fixed Income Advisory Group at Goldman Sachs in New York, focusing on principal transactions in consumer finance.
Mr. Oudiz holds a BSc in Financial Management from the University of Paris, Dauphine, and an MA in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis University in Massachusetts.
