Mr. Siller is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s IT Services practice within the firm’s Business Services Group. He has nearly three decades of experience in investment banking with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and corporate finance. Throughout his career, Mr. Siller has closed more than $35 billion in equity raises and over $50 billion in M&A transactions. He is based in the firm’s Boston office.
Previously, Mr. Siller was a Managing Director at 7 Mile Advisors, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2023. Before that, he worked at several banks, including Credit Suisse, Lazard, Morgan Stanley, and Goldman Sachs.
Mr. Siller holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and an MBA from The Wharton School. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and French.
