Daniel Small

Vice President

Mr. Small is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Aerospace•Defense•Government practice. His responsibilities include financial statement analysis, research, and the application of valuation methodologies, particularly to mergers and acquisitions. He is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office.

Mr. Small has focused his investment banking efforts primarily in the aerospace and defense sectors and has advised on more than 20 transactions. His sellside transaction experience includes PAS Technologies to StandardAero; EnCore Composite Structures to AC&A; EDAC Composites to Meggitt; Liquid Robotics to Boeing; PneuDraulics to TransDigm; Thinklogical to Belden; Shultz Steel to PCC; and Gentex/Visionix to Thales. In addition, Mr. Small has worked on divestitures for G4S, Allen-Vanguard, and OGSystems. 

Mr. Small holds a B.S. in Commerce with concentrations in Finance and International Business from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
