Danmin Yan

Senior Vice President

Ms. Yan is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Hong Kong office, where she advises clients on M&A, financings, and financial restructurings. She is active in advising clients in Greater China and Southeast Asia and has experience in a variety of industries, including consumer products, food and beverage, healthcare, and manufacturing.

While working at Houlihan Lokey, Ms. Yan executed a number of transactions in Greater China, Indonesia, Philippines, and other Southeast Asia countries. Her recent engagements include advising the Uytengsu Family on selling a majority stake in Alaska Milk Corp. to Royal FrieslandCampina; advising PT Central Proteinaprima Tbk. on restructuring its US$325 million high-yield bonds listed in Singapore; advising Dubai International Capital LLC on its investment in True Yoga, which is its first investment in South East Asia; and advising Fushi International Inc. on its acquisition of Copperweld Bimetallics LLC.

Ms. Yan holds a B.A. and an M.A. in Accounting from Tsinghua University’s School of Economics and Management. She passed her CFA level III examination in 2006 and her FRM examination in 2004.
