Mr. Farinacci is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. His professional experience consists of a wide range of M&A tax consulting services, such as buyside and sellside tax due diligence, tax structuring, integration consulting, tax attribute studies, tax modeling, sale projections, transaction cost analyses, and transaction tax compliance. Mr. Farinacci is based in the firm’s Dallas office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Farinacci spent five years in public accounting, specializing in private wealth tax compliance and consulting for ultra-high-net-worth individuals. In this role, he focused on federal income tax issues for individuals and closely held businesses as well as estate and gift tax matters. Mr. Farinacci’s experience provided valuable insights into generational wealth tax strategies and common tax concerns for this niche demographic.
Mr. Farinacci holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Southern California, where he graduated with distinction. He is currently pursuing an M.S. degree in Taxation at Golden Gate University. Mr. Farinacci is an active CPA licensed by the state of California.
