Mr. Buscaglia is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Business Services Group, focusing on specialty consulting, risk and compliance, and broader professional services sectors. He has more than 20 years of investment banking experience, advising clients, companies, and sponsors on M&A transactions, capital solutions, and strategic alternatives. Mr. Buscaglia is based in the firm’s New York office.
Mr. Buscaglia has developed a passion for and an expertise in the broader professional services sector. His clients span a range of subsectors, including specialty consulting, office of the CFO, risk and compliance, specialty advisory services, turnaround and restructuring, research and insights, shareholder services, and strategic communications.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Buscaglia was a Managing Director in the Business Services Group at Stifel, leading coverage across professional and essential services. Before that, he was with Nomura Securities, where he focused on business services sector coverage, executing M&A and debt and equity financing transactions. Previously, Mr. Buscaglia worked within the Global Business Services Group at Deutsche Bank, supporting large-cap companies with M&A advisory and debt and equity financing solutions.
Mr. Buscaglia holds a B.A. from Hamilton College and an MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.
