Mr. Cumming is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
While at Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Cumming has worked on a variety of restructurings across a number of industries and jurisdictions. His notable transactions include Aliante Casino, Angelica Corp., Array Canada, Atlas Iron Ltd., CEVA Group PLC, Custom Ecology, Dominion Diamond Corp., Eco-Bat Technologies, Emeco Holdings Ltd., Noble Corp., Onsite Rental Group, Party City, Primero Mining Corp., Production Resource Group, Remington, Revlon, RGL Reservoir Management, TetraLogic Pharmaceuticals, Tintri Inc., Trident USA Health Services, and Wilton Brands LLC.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Cumming spent five years as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army.
Mr. Cumming holds a B.S. in Finance from Wake Forest University as well as an MBA and an M.Eng. in Computer Science from Cornell University. He is also a CFA charterholder, a member of the CFA Society Toronto, and sits on the board of the Toronto chapter of the Turnaround Management Association.
