Mr. Fegley is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group, specializing in front office software. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
With more than a decade of technology investment banking experience, Mr. Fegley focuses on enterprise applications, including omnichannel experience and engagement, CRM, martech, customer experience, and data management.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Fegley was a Vice President at GCA Advisors, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021.
Mr. Fegley holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
