Mr. Kelnar is a member of Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Markets Group, where he spearheads the firm’s delivery of minority equity solutions, including growth capital and structured equity, for ambitious companies in a range of sectors across Europe.
Mr. Kelnar’s transaction experience includes landmark capital raises for technology companies in FinTech (Klarna, Rapyd), consumer (Getir, Casavo, Nord Security), autos (Cazoo, CarDekho), and mobility and travel (TravelPerk).
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Kelnar was a Managing Director and Head of Growth Capital Solutions at Numis Securities. Prior to this, he was a Partner and Head of Research at MMC Ventures, a leading UK venture capital firm. Before joining MMC Ventures, he was the Chief Financial Officer at a digital health company that listed in New York.
Mr. Kelnar has more than a decade of entrepreneurial leadership experience, having founded, operated, and advised multiple high-growth companies. He began his career at Goldman Sachs as an Equity Research Analyst.
Mr. Kelnar holds an MA in Philosophy from the University of Cambridge.
