Mr. Salemi is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group. He has more than two decades of investment banking and principal investing experience, primarily involving companies undergoing financial restructurings and/or experiencing distress. He has advised debtors and creditors on a range of in-court and out-of-court restructuring transactions. Notable restructuring engagements include Six Flags, LNR Property, and Centro Properties Group. Mr. Salemi is based in the firm’s New York office.
Mr. Salemi has also worked on a variety of assignments involving mergers, acquisitions, private placements, and fairness opinions, and has been actively involved with the firm’s principal investment activities.
Mr. Salemi earned a B.S. in Commerce with a concentration in Finance from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.
