Mr. Schneider is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Industrials Group as well as the firm’s global Chemicals practice. He is responsible for providing strategic M&A and capital advisory services to corporate and private equity clients within the chemical sector. Mr. Schneider is based in the firm’s New York office.
During his career, Mr. Schneider has advised public and private companies across a broad range of transactions, including sellside and buyside M&A, corporate carve-outs, and debt and equity capital raises. He has advised on transactions across the specialty and commodity chemical spectrum, including formulated chemical products (lubricants and fluids, coatings, adhesives, water treatment chemicals), additives and ingredients, specialty polymers, resins, and commodity/intermediate chemistries, as well as industrial minerals. Mr. Schneider has extensive cross-border experience, including working with clients in Europe, Asia, and Africa.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Schneider spent the entirety of his career at Deutsche Bank in the New York and London offices.
Mr. Schneider graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Rutgers University.
