Mr. O’Connor is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group, advising on M&A and fundraisings. He has extensive experience across the technology sector with deep subsector coverage of the office of the CFO software, govtech, and tech services ecosystems. He is based in the firm's London office.
Previously, Mr. O’Connor was a Director at GCA Altium, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. While at GCA, he focused on transactions within the software, IT services, and tech-enabled services sectors, advising both private equity and corporate clients on a wide range of public and private market transactions.
Mr. O’Connor holds a B.A. (Hons) in Economics and Finance from the University of Manchester.
