Mr. Collins is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Solutions Group. His primary responsibilities include leading lender education in the United States to support Houlihan Lokey sellside processes, capital markets syndicate coverage, and working with the firm’s clients to raise debt capital to support general corporate purposes, recapitalizations, leveraged buyouts, growth capital, and acquisitions. Mr. Collins is based in the firm’s New York office.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Collins worked at Antares Capital and its predecessor, GE Antares Capital, where he was responsible for underwriting, structuring, syndicating, and monitoring debt financings for private-equity-backed companies across a diverse set of industries. He began his career in accounting at The Carlyle Group and Avenue Capital Group.
Mr. Collins holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting from Washington and Lee University. He is a CFA charterholder. Mr. Collins is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Virginia (inactive).
