Mr. Shah is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Portfolio Valuation and Fund Advisory Services practice within the firm’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. He has nearly a decade of valuation and advisory experience providing an array of advisory services to alternative asset managers, including credit funds, hedge funds, and private equity and venture capital funds. Mr. Shah is based in the firm’s Mumbai office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Shah was a Senior Consultant at Kroll’s (formerly Duff & Phelps) Portfolio Valuation practice, where he provided mark-to-market valuations across diverse portfolios of illiquid and privately held securities, including loans, bonds, convertibles, preferred equity, and equity. He also worked as a Financial Analyst at TresVista Financial Services, where he collaborated with private equity and investment banking firms to analyze investment opportunities.
Mr. Shah holds a B.B.A. and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
