Ms. Mehta is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Business Services Group, focusing on the environmental impact and facility services sectors. She co-heads the Facility & Residential Services practice at Houlihan Lokey and has more than 15 years of investment banking experience advising companies on transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, strategic alternatives advisory, management buyouts, special situations advisory, valuation work, and capital raises. Ms. Mehta is based in the firm’s New York office.
Over the past decade, Ms. Mehta has developed a passion for and an expertise in the broader environmental, facility, and residential services sectors. Her clients span a range of subsectors, including waste management, specialty waste and recycling services, commercial and residential facility management, industrial maintenance, and route-based services, among others.
Ms. Mehta holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mumbai and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
