Mr. Orsini is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group. He specialises in TMT activities with a particular focus on software and tech-enabled services. Mr. Orsini is based in the firm’s Manchester office.
Previously, Mr. Orsini was a Managing Director at GCA Altium, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. He joined GCA in 2012 from KPMG, where he worked within the advisory practice.
Mr. Orsini holds a BA in English Literature and an MA in Business Management from Durham University as well as an MBA from Manchester Business School.
