Mr. Schipf is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Services Group. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Previously, Mr. Schipf was a Director at Park Sutton Advisors, a Waller Helms Company, prior to Houlihan Lokey’s acquisition of Waller Helms Advisors in 2024. Before Park Sutton Advisors, he was a Director at Eagle Bay Advisors, a multi-family office headquartered in New York. While there, Mr. Schipf was a member of the investment committee and held leadership roles within business development and operations.
Prior to that, Mr. Schipf was a Managing Director for a boutique investment bank where he performed merger and acquisition advisory services for companies within the financial services industry, with a particular focus on the asset and wealth management industries. Before that, he held positions in investment banking as well as equity research for Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc., and as a senior financial institutions group lending officer at several global banking institutions, including Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Inc.
Mr. Schipf holds a B.S. in Finance from Fairfield University and an M.S. in Financial Management from Boston University. He is also a CFA charterholder.
