Mr.
Koecher is a Global
Co-Head of
Houlihan Lokey’s Financial
and Valuation Advisory business and Head of Transaction Advisory Services. He
has over
25 years
of
experience working
with financial
sponsors and
corporate management teams in the energy, industrials, consumer, media,
technology, and food sectors. Mr. Koecher is based in the firm’s Dallas office.
Mr. Koecher
provides buyside and
sellside accounting,
financial and tax diligence,
and integration and divestiture services to leading financial and
corporate M&A
clients.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, he had a 15-year tenure as a Deal
Advisory Partner at
KPMG
supporting cross-border and domestic transactions. Most recently,
he served as a partner with Highlander Partners, L.P., a private investment
firm, where he supported leveraged
buyouts
in
manufacturing,
chemicals, consumer products, and food.
Mr.
Koecher is a continuing guest lecturer at the Mays Business School at Texas
A&M University,
where he serves on the Dean’s Advisory Board. He is a governing board
member
for the Parish
Episcopal School Endowment Fund
and previously served
on the Board of Trustees.
He is a member of the Circle Ten Council for the Boy Scouts of America and
previously served on the
board
of directors
for
Versatex Building Products, LLC.
Mr.
Koecher
holds a B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Texas A&M University, where
he graduated cum
laude,
and a Master of Management from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at
Northwestern University, where he graduated with honors. He is a Certified
Public Accountant.
