Mr. Panchani is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s FinTech Group. Throughout his career, he has completed a range of sellside and buyside M&A, private equity, and capital markets transactions, primarily in the technology and industrials sectors. Mr. Panchani is based in the firm’s London office.
Previously, Mr. Panchani was an M&A Associate at GCA Altium, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. Before that, he worked within the Marketing and Client Relations team at Intermediate Capital Group, a global alternative asset manager, raising third-party capital from institutional investors.
Mr. Panchani holds a BSc (Hons) and a Master of Natural Sciences from the University of Leeds.
